Application:
For a full bath with approx. 120 liters, dissolve 3 tablespoons (approx. 50 g) in the bath water.
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (5 g) in the bath water for a foot bath.

How warm should the water be?
Ideally, the bath water should have a temperature of 35-37 ° C.

How long should you bathe?
