Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) is a perennial bitter herb that has been used since ancient times. Flowering stems are used for collection and dried at a temperature of max. 40 ° C. Wormwood is also abundant in the Czech Republic and Europe. Wormwood is a source of chlorophyll, folate, essential oils (eg thujone and zulene), glycosidic mustards (absinthin and anabsinthin), vitamins A and C, as well as minerals (calcium, iodine, potassium and sulfur). The non-woody part of wormwood is collected from June to August.
L’absinthe (Artemisia absinthium) est une plante amere vivace utilisee depuis l’Antiquite. Les tiges fleuries sont utilisees pour la collecte et sechees a une temperature maximale de 40 ° C. L’absinthe est egalement abondante en Republique tcheque et en Europe. L’absinthe est une source de chlorophylle, de folate, d’huiles essentielles (par exemple thuyone et zulene), de moutardes glycosidiques (absinthine et anabsinthine), de vitamines A et C ainsi que de mineraux (calcium, iode, potassium et soufre). La partie non ligneuse de l’absinthe est recoltee de juin a aout.
Pelynek pravy (Artemisia absinthium) je vytrvala horka bylina, ktera se vyuziva jiz od staroveku. Pro sber se vyuziva kvetouci nat a susi se pri teplote max. 40 °C. Pelynek se vyskytuje i hojne na uzemi Ceske republiky a Evropy. Pelynek pravy je zdrojem chlorofylu, folatu, silic (napr. thujon a zulen), glykosidnich horcinu (absinthin a anabsinthin), vitaminu A a C a take minralu (vapnik, jod, draslik a sira). Sbira se nezdrevnatela cast pelynkove nati od cervna do srpna.
