The author Pavel Kučera is one of our most famous aviation publicists. As a long-time employee of Aero, he is very close to this topic. His work on 248 pages describes in detail the creation of our famous aircraft factory in 1919, its history and in great detail all manufactured aircraft, including their parameters from the first copies of Hansa-Brandenburg to the promising medium bomber Aero A-300 whose development was interrupted by the occupation. The factory also produced airliners for our airlines, and the book also pays due attention to them. The work also deals in detail with the period from 1939 to 1945, when aircraft were manufactured in Aero for the German Luftwaffe. The narrative publication of large format 230 x 297 mm is supplemented by a total of 645 historical photographs and a number of color side views, sketch drawings.
