Judas’ ear is rich in proteins, minerals (especially potassium and calcium, in smaller amounts also phosphorus, magnesium and sodium), fiber, polysaccharides and B vitamins.
Vitamin B is essential for maintaining the good condition of our hair, nails and skin.

Dosage
The recommended daily dosage is 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days break or 3 weeks and 1 week break. We recommend taking it 20 minutes before meals, drink still water or tea.
