Audistim 60 Capsules is a food supplement based of melatonin, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and extracts of plants.

This food supplement is composed of two capsules, one for the day and one for the night.

The day capsule contains:
– Ginkgo Biloba, which participates to the peripheric micro-circulation of blood and contributes to a good audition.
– Magnesium, Vitamins B6, B12 and Niacin (B3) contribute to reduce tiredness.
– an association of Magnesium, Vitamins B6, B12, Thiamine (B1) and Niacine (B3) contribute to normal psychological functions.

The night capsule contains:
– 1 mg of Melatonin which contributes to reduce the time of falling asleep.
– Melissa, with an action on the sleep quality.
– Eschscholzia helps calmly cope with the stress of an active lifestyle.
– Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

USE

Take 2 capsules per day, 1 morning (day), 1 in the evening (night, 30 minutes to 1 hour before sleep).
It is imperative to continue the initial use for a minimum of three months in order to observe the expected results. Then extend to obtain continuity of benefits.
