Acetylsalicylic acid is a non-opioid pain reliever as well as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and inhibits the formation of the so-called prostaglandins (the body’s own messenger substances). These messenger substances are involved in the transmission and perception of pain in the brain, they make the pain receptors in the body more sensitive. The acetylsalicylic acid lowers the production of prostaglandins, whereby the excitability of the pain receptors decreases and so the pain subsides.

Die Aspirin 500mg (Packungsgro?e: 80 stk) sorgt fur eine schnelle und vertragliche Schmerzlinderung. Verantwortlich hierfur ist der Wirkstoff Acetylsalicylsaure (ASS), der in allen Aspirin-Produkten enthalten ist.
Die Acetylsalicylsaure gehort sowohl zu den nicht-opioiden Schmerzmitteln als auch zu den nicht-steroidalen Antirheumatika und hemmt die Bildung der sogenannten Prostaglandine (korpereigene Botenstoffe). Diese Botenstoffe sind an der Schmerzweiterleitung und -wahrnehmung im Gehirn beteiligt, sie sorgen fur eine erhohte Empfindlichkeit der Schmerzrezeptoren im Korper. Die Acetylsalicylsaure senkt die Produktion der Prostaglandine, wodurch die Erregbarkeit der Schmerzrezeptoren abnimmt und so die Schmerzen abklingen.
