Solgar Ashwagandha is a preparation in capsules that strengthens the body. Ashwagandha root ( Withania somnifera – welcoming lethargic) has been used by humans for hundreds of years. Thanks to the achievements of modern science and many studies, it is currently valued for its natural adaptogenic properties, i.e. the ability to normalize and improve various body functions.

The Solgar product is created in a unique process that combines traditional herbalism and modern herb processing technology. To ensure a stable level of 4.5 mg of withanolides in 300 mg of Ashwaganda Root Extract, we control the amount of these important biologically active plant compounds. We combine the extract with all the naturally occurring components in 100 mg of raw root. The result is a strong, standardized, high-quality herbal extract with the full synergistic properties found in nature.

In order to preserve the freshness of the active ingredients, we add our special, patented ingredient PhytO2X® – a mixture of naturally occurring antioxidants (natural beta carotene, L-ascorbic acid).

The daily dose contains 300 mg of Ashwaganda root extract (Withania somnifera – welcoming lethargic), including 4.5 mg of withanolides and 100 mg of raw root.

DOSAGE

Recommended daily intake: adults one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
