Half an hour before going to bed, put the ring on your auricular (little finger), being careful to position the pressure points in a V shape on the side of the palm of the hand, and slightly turned to the outside at the base of the palm.
The ring should give a firm but light pressure to the recommended zone. Do not wear it too tightened nor more than 12 hours in a row.
