In the form of capsules, Proselem is composed of endo-seleniated spirulina algae (natural protein), which transports selenium in a 100% natural way; the alga then performs a pre-assimilation and passes the Selenium from a mineral form to an organic form, which allows to reach a record bioavailability of 80% (against less than 10% in the case of a mineral selenium ).
