ALAnerv ON is a dietary supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, honokiol, vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, vitamin E and selenium. Supports the proper functioning of the nervous and immune systems. It also helps to protect cells against oxidative stress.

Alpha lipoic acid is a vitamin-like substance that is produced by the human body, but is also found in many foods.
Gamma-linolenic acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that belongs to the omega-6 fatty acid.
Honokiol is a bioflavonoid obtained from the bark of magnolia.
Vitamin B1, or thiamine, supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and helps maintain proper psychological functions. It also supports the heart and helps maintain proper energy metabolism.
Riboflavin – vitamin B2 – has a beneficial effect on the skin and vision. It supports the nervous system and protects cells against oxidative stress. Additionally, it has a beneficial effect on the condition of red blood cells and mucous membranes. It helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B5 also reduces the feeling of fatigue and weariness and helps to maintain mental performance at the correct level. It also contributes to the proper synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
Vitamin E and selenium help protect cells against the damaging effects of free radicals. Additionally, selenium is important for healthy hair and nails. It also supports the immune system and has a positive effect on the proper course of spermatogenesis.

alpha lipoic acid (thioctanoic acid); borage oil (Borago officinalis L, semi) standardized for the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids; food gelatin; humectant: glycerol; fatty acid triglycerides; Magnolia dry extract (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson, bark) standardized to 90% honokiol; emulsifier: soy lecithin in soybean oil; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; humectant: polyglycerol oleate; natural vitamin E (d-αtocopherol in sunflower oil); B group vitamin complex: vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B5 (calcium d-pantothenate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), color: titanium dioxide; dye: red iron oxide; sodium selenite.

Recommended intake

1-2 capsules once a day, preferably given once during a meal.
