AKUTOL hydrogel contains an acid carbomer stabilized by carnosine, which is the basic peptide naturally present in the skin. Covering dry wounds, such as abrasions and surgical wounds, with this carbomer has a closing effect: it stops the evaporation of moisture and reduces the loss of fluid through the skin. Carnosine regulates acidic polymers and also acts as an antioxidant. Carbomer absorbs excess fluid from wet effusion wounds. AKUTOL hydrogel cools and softens contact with patches and / or bandages and is not sticky. Instead of irritating parabens, AKUTOL hydrogel contains preservative silver citrate.

AKUTOL hydrogel obsahuje kyselý karbomer stabilizovaný karnosinem, který je základním peptidem přirozeně obsaženým v pokožce.
