Vitamin D

Vitamin D exists naturally in two forms: vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) of vegetable origin and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) of animal origin.

Our vitamin D3 is extracted from cod liver oil. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, that is to say soluble in fats. It generally comes in 2 forms: Vitamin D2 or ergocalciferol and vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol (the most assimilable form). Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the normal functioning of the immune system.
