Gaviscon oral suspension with mint flavor Sachets is a drug that reduces gastroesophageal reflux. The medicinal product can be used directly from the package, immediately after shaking. The drug prevents the reflux of the stomach contents for up to 4 hours, preventing discomfort in the esophagus. Gaviscon suspension is used to treat symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux such as heartburn, indigestion, and in people with reflux oesophagitis. The drug does not contain gluten and sugar.
The active substances are: sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate.
