It causes a narrowing of the inflammation of the dilated vessels of the nasal mucosa, which leads to a reduction in the swelling of the mucosa and the release of mucus from the nose, paranasal sinuses and the tube connecting the middle ear and pharynx (Eustachian tubes). This allows free breathing. The therapeutic effect usually starts within 5 minutes and lasts 4-6 hours.
It can be given to children over 3 years of age and adolescents. If you do not feel better within 3 days or if you become overweight, you must consult a doctor.
Active substance
Naphazolin nitrite 5 mg in 10 ml.
The other ingredients are boric acid E284, edamine, methylparaben E218, purified water.

Způsobuje zúžení zánětem rozšířených cév nosní sliznice, což vede ke zmenšení otoku sliznice a uvolnění hlenu z nosu, vedlejších nosních dutin a trubice spojující střední ucho a hltan (Eustachovy trubice).
