As a dietary supplement, swallow 4 tablets whole daily with a little liquid.

43.7 calcium carbonate, 40.4 g magnesium carbonate, corn starch, maltodextrin, vegetable fat, hardened, vegetable oil, release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids.
