Fish oil (source of Omega-3 acids), menaquinone (MK-7, vitamin K2 from natto), antioxidant: a mixture of tocopherols (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3 from lanolin).

Recommended portion:
Recommended daily consumption: 5-10 ml.

Directions for use:
Pour 5-10 ml of the solution into the dosing cup. Consume directly or add to a cold meal (for example, in a salad).
