We also assure you that 500 mg of powdered garlic contains 5 mg of alliin. Allicin is formed in the aqueous medium by the interaction of the allinase enzyme contained in the product on alliin. Aromatic cloves, tempting us with silver heads, owe their beneficial effects mainly to allicin.

DOSAGE
