Directions for use and dosage

1 to 2 capsules per day with a glass of water (1 morning, 1 noon)
The maximum recommended daily dose provides 300 mg of dried leaves of Moringa Oleifera (equivalent to 900 mg of fresh leaves), 200 mg of seed extract fennel, 50 mg extract of mallow leaves (equivalent to 200 mg of dry plant).
