A pulse oximeter is a medical device that measures the level of oxygen saturation in arterial blood. It shows the average amount of oxygen associated with each hemoglobin molecule, as well as the pulse rate. This is a modern diagnostic device that is easy to use even at home:

For an accurate diagnosis in the case of frequent deviations (below 95%), you should take a blood test and consult a doctor.
