Description of Glycerice Suppository Adult Cooper Box of 50
Glycerice Adult Suppository Cooper Box of 50 are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of low constipation, in particular rectal dyschezia and for preparation for endoscopic examinations of the rectum. Glycerin suppositories cause rapid evacuation of the rectosigmoid by causing the defecation reflex. This occurs within 5 to 30 minutes after taking.

Laxative by rectal route, Glycerice Suppository Adult Cooper Box of 50 has glycerin as active ingredient which stimulates peristaltic movements and which reduces water absorption thanks to its osmotic and hygroscopic power. It also presents a local irritant power which participates in reflex defecation.

Using advice of Glycerice Suppository Adult Cooper Box of 50
Rectal route – For adults only.
Use 5 to 30 minutes before the chosen time for the exemption to be renewed within half an hour or the hour which follows in the event of persistent constipation.
Treatment of constipation should not, on average, exceed 10 days. The suppository can be soaked in cold water to facilitate introduction.
Dosage: 1 to 2 suppositories per day until obtaining a stool per day.

Les suppositoires a la glycerine entraine une evacuation rapide du rectosigmoide en provoquant le reflexe de la defecation. Celle-ci se produit dans un delai de 5 a 30 minutes apres la prise.

Laxatif par voie rectale, Glycerice Suppositoire Adulte Cooper Boite de 50 a pour principe actif la glycerine qui stimule les mouvements peristaltiques et qui reduit la resorption d’eau grace a son pouvoir osmotique et hygroscopique. Elle presente egalement un pouvoir irritant local qui participe a la defecation reflexe.

Conseil d’utilisation de Glycerice Suppositoire Adulte Cooper Boite de 50
Voie rectale – Reserve a l’adulte.
Utiliser 5 a 30 minutes avant l’heure choisie pour l’exoneration a renouveler dans la demi-heure ou l’heure qui suit en cas de constipation rebelle.
Le traitement de la constipation ne doit pas, en moyenne, depasser 10 jours. Le suppositoire peut etre trempe dans l’eau froide pour en faciliter l’introduction.
Posologie : 1 a 2 suppositoire par jour jusqu’a obtention d’une selle par jour.
