How to use
Soak Irish moss in water, let it infuse for about 2 hours and then mix until smooth. It stays in the fridge for a week to a month, ready for consumption. You can consume the washed and pre-soaked seaweed directly or mix it with a smoothie, add it to desserts, porridge or aspic. It can also be used as a nourishing face mask, hair mask or added to a bath.
