Children’s elbow orthosis with simple dressing, adjustment and maintenance. The frame of the orthosis is made of duralumin, the elbow and forearm sleeves are made of breathable padded material. Individually adjustable shoulder strap with padding around the neck. The forearm part is extended by an adjustable wrist module relieving the wrist.
Description
Indications: conservative treatment of elbow instabilities with or without associated injury, treatment after elbow dislocation with concomitant injuries, treatment in medial or lateral epicondyle fractures, postoperative care after prosthesis implantation, functional treatment in stable distal humerus fractures, temporary immobilization in elbow arthrosis
