Chaga contains betulin and betulinic acid. Betulin has anti-inflammatory effects.

You will also find melanin in the sponge, which provides the skin with protection against UV damage.

Chaga also contains trace minerals, fiber and amino acids, and beta glucans. Beta-glucans have the ability to strengthen the immune system and also have antioxidant properties.

Dosage
The recommended daily dosage is 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days break or 3 weeks and 1 week break. We recommend taking it 20 minutes before meals.
