Dosage
1-2 capsules daily, preferably during or after a meal. Drink plenty of fluids. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid.

Soya lecithin 1325 mg per capsule (linoleic acid content min. 359 mg), gelatin, moisturizing substance (glycerin).
