EkoMedica Marine collagen contains hydrolyzed fish collagen. Collagen is a fibrous protein that is an essential component of the connective tissues that form cartilage, joints, ligaments, tendons, skin, hair and nails .

Ingredients
Hydrolysed collagen (a product from marine fish). Capsule shell: gelatin, colorant: titanium dioxide.

Recommended dosage
1 – 3 capsules daily, drink with liquid.

Storage
In a closed container in a dry place at a temperature up to 250 C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
