Use / application / consumption recommendation:
Take 2 capsules once a day with sufficient liquid.

Dosage:
2 capsules contain at least 5 billion (5 x 10⁹) bacterial cultures, 600 mg glutamine and 50 µg biotin

Ingredients:
Glutamine, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium animalis, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus helveticus, Enterococcus faecium, rice starch, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, thickeners: gellan, biotin.
