Use: pour 4 large tablespoons of the mixture over a maximum of 40 ° C with warm milk or water. Stir the mixture and wait 2 minutes. The mixture can be poured into cereal porridge to increase its nutritional value, mixed into yogurt or added to cottage cheese.
