Gaviscon Mint TAB is a medicinal product that creates a protective layer that prevents acid reflux from the stomach. The active substances are sodium alginate (Natrii alginas), sodium bicarbonate (Natrii hydrogenocarbonas) and calcium carbonate (Calcii carbonas).

The drug belongs to the family of topical antacids. It forms a viscous gel that envelops the stomach and protects the esophagus.

Gaviscon oral suspension with mint flavor Sachets is a drug that reduces gastroesophageal reflux. The medicinal product can be used directly from the package, immediately after shaking. The drug prevents the reflux of the stomach contents for up to 4 hours, preventing discomfort in the esophagus during this time. Gaviscon suspension is used to treat symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux such as heartburn, indigestion, and in people with reflux oesophagitis. The drug does not contain gluten and sugar. The active substances are: sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate.
